Terms of service

Commissioning me, you accept these rules.• I do not draw: realism, NSFW, offensive pieces. I can decline any commission without explanation.• Full payment must by made upfront. For some projects, I accept payment after the sketch is approved or the work is done (in this case, information is always written in announcements).
Payment can be made through • LavaTop (accepts PayPal) • Hipolink • Tinkoff.
No refunds.• I can record a video or a speedpaint of the commissioned piece to post it on my Hipolink or YouTube later. The work itself will be posted in my portfolio.
If you don't want the work to be published on my social media, tell me beforehand, please.
When you post the work somewhere else, credit me.• I send to the customer WIP screenshots of the next stages: rough sketch, (clean sketch), lineart, flat colours, full colored version, (sketch animation), (animation). The customer can do an adjustment at each stage. WIPs stages require approval from the customer. In case there is no answer from the customer for 24 hours or more, waiting time is added to the deadline. No response in a month will automatically cancel the commission, and no refund will be made.• The deadline is from 7 to 60 days, starting from the moment the sketch is approved by the customer (weekends are not included).• Commissined works are only for personal use.
If you need an artwork for commercial use, there will be an extra +100% fee.• None of my art works are allowed to be uploaded to any AI-generator or used for AI-generators in any other way.• If you want to commission me for traditional artwork or a paper doll, let me know the country of destination first, please, for me to check if it's possible to send the ready work to you beforehand.
Postal costs will be added to the commission's price.• Paper dolls and traditional works are not toys and are not appropriate for children and pets. The works and paper dolls can hurt them because of small pieces, sharp edges, and specific materials.• I have a pet, so I ask people with an allergy to be extra cautious, because my works are in contact with the animal and can carry allergens. General permissions:• None of my personal works can be used for commercial or other purposes without permission. • (If you are the customer, we discuss all the permissions beforehand.) • In case you want to use my personal work, contact me to discuss the terms of usage, please. • Commissioned works are their customers' pictures/dolls and can't be used without the customer's permission. • My works can be reblogged and reposted with all the credits, if it's not indicated otherwise: credit me and the customer (the way the customer is credited in the original post).
